Our company was founded in 2015 by CEO Chantel Urban, who began her journey as a solo freelance makeup artist. Over time, she expanded her skills and services, eventually establishing her own salon.
Today, we offer a range of luxury beauty services, comprehensive training programs, and have built a skilled, top-tier team dedicated to excellence.

Chantel Urbanowicz
CEO, Owner
Chantel Urbanowicz, originally from a small town in Switzerland, has always had a deep passion for beauty and the arts. From a young age, she was captivated by the creative world of cosmetics and aesthetics. During high school, Chantel began her professional journey at the Capital Region BOCES Career and Technical School, where she studied Cosmetology. Upon graduation, she earned her cosmetology license and furthered her education at the renowned MakeUp Designory School in Manhattan, where she became a certified Pro Master Makeup Artist.
Chantel’s commitment to expanding her expertise didn’t stop there. She pursued advanced training in lash extensions, becoming certified, and then continued to refine her skills in lash artistry with Monika Rzap, a Champion and Grand Prix winner specializing in Russian volume lash extensions. She also studied with Monica Vipond in the art of strip lash looks, and further honed her skills by becoming certified in Lash Lifts and Tints with Elleebana.
Chantel’s passion for permanent cosmetics led her to graduate from the American Academy of Micropigmentation, earning her PMU license. She expanded her knowledge through advanced training with some of the most respected Master Permanent Makeup Artists from both Europe and the United States. Over the years, Chantel has performed thousands of procedures, including the correction and improvement of poorly executed permanent makeup, establishing herself as a trusted expert in the field.
With over 44 certifications and awards to her name, Chantel is committed to continuous education, staying current with the ever-evolving beauty industry.
Since 2015, Chantel has built a strong reputation as a five-star rated, all-around beauty artist. She has won multiple art show exhibit awards, collaborated with modeling agencies, contributed to E! News, and participated in prestigious events like New York Fashion Week and New York Bridal Fashion Week. Chantel has been published three times in Times Union, recognized on IMDb for her work in two independent films and Broadway performances, and has been a guest speaker for cosmetology students for three consecutive years. She has also taught permanent makeup courses both nationally and internationally and served as an assistant speaker at the Houston Beauty Conference.
Today, Chantel is the proud owner of her own studio in New Jersey, where she offers a range of services including permanent cosmetics, lash extensions, lash lifts, brow and lash tinting, and event makeup. Her mission is to inspire and empower women through beauty, helping them achieve confidence and success.

Aurora
LASH TECHNICIAN
Aurora is a lash artist and licensed cosmetologist with over two years of experience, offering lash extensions, lash lifts, brow grooming, and lash/brow tinting services here at Beauté Clinink Salon.
Her passion for beauty began in middle school when she would braid my friend's hair in my spare time. She was drawn to the lash industry from its inception and knew it was her calling.
She says it is her greatest reward and joy to help others feel confident and happy with their appearance. Lashes enhance everyday looks, boosting confidence from the moment you wake up and simplifying your daily routine.
She believes that even small changes can make a significant impact on our well-being. Aurora is thrilled to be a part of the team at Beauté Clinink salon and is so excited to share how transformative lash extensions can be with you all!
